XMC Storage with high speed Cfast drive technology
Model 9289
The 9289 XMCStor is a mezzanine storage solution designed for high speed data access and system boot operations.
- Dual CFast™ drives, one front removable and one internal for maximum operational flexibility.
- Data transfer rates up to 130MB/sec write and 140MB/sec read.
- The board contains a dual port 3 Gb/sec SATA II controller with a 2.5 Gb/sec PCIe Gen 1 interface that can provide high data transfer rates.
- Built to withstand harsh environments requiring high shock, vibration and extended temperature tolerance.
- CFast capacities to 32GB or current higher capacities

- NAND arranged in array of 4 Flash banks and a 4 channel SATA II controller
- Configurable in RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 or JBOD modes
- Write protection via front panel switch or software actuation
- Supports wear leveling and write protect, error detection and bad block correction
- Sequential data rates of up to 150MB/s dependent upon operating system and other system level factors
- Uses industrial temperature range components (-40°C to +85°C degrees operating)
